INFRASTRUCTURES FOR BUILDINGS

We design and install infrastructure for HVAC systems, leaving everything ready for future installations. These infrastructures are formed by the gas piping, which are usually installed before the finishing stage in the works.

 

PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Better than knowing how to fix equipment is workwork so they don't break and you don't get in hand. We are accredited technical assistance, and we operate on two fronts: in preventive maintenance, cleaning and monitoring devices, and in corrective maintenance, making the necessary repairs. We also offer maintenance contracts for companies, in order to guarantee the operation of the system within the sanitary standards and of the manufacturers.

PMOC - MAINTENANCE, OPERATION AND CONTROL PLAN

The acronym PMOC stands for Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan, which is a requirement established by Federal Law 13,589/2018. All buildings for public and collective use must, by law, have one. This plan consists of establishing routines for cleaning filters and equipment and checking the condition of system components. All this with the objective of guaranteeing the health of the occupants and the proper functioning of the system. JCR Climatização is prepared to establish and execute the PMOC.
